Lead wisely, one week at a time.

John Crosby wrote these brief, weekly devotions for pastors and ministry leaders who have more to read than they care to consider. Each reading offers a principle to carry into the following week and an invitation to ask God to reveal how it applies.

Rather than a lengthy theological study, Called to Shepherd brings simple, direct encouragement to the responsibilities of Christian leadership. Its 52 readings make room for reflection on the qualities and attitudes of those who would lead well, for the right reasons, and to the right end.

Keep it beside your Bible for a weekly pause, or give it to a pastor or ministry leader who could use a thoughtful word of encouragement.
