What a story! Blessing had already been through so much in her young life when she was sent to the home of a pastor and his wife at the age of twelve. At the young age of twelve, she'd been pimped out by a man she was convinced loved her and pregnant. She was terrified when she went into labor at school. What she did still haunts her twenty years later. She has never told this secret to anyone. She, kept going back to this man time and time again. He had her grooming young girls. Even aft

This is a story perhaps similar to one you’ve heard from someone else. It’s about life and decisions many young girls have to make when they find themselves at an important time of making a very serious choice in life. I thought it was well written and pray it will help others make the best choice one that should include the parents. This was a great story and well written. Read it to realize how talented Alana Terry is getting it completed.

Such a terrific story. Loved how it turned out. Shared the feelings and torments of abused girls. Then the loving band of God shows up through loving foster parents.

Modern-day sex slavery is alive & well in the world and Ms. Terry tackles this sordid and atrocious taboo subject with compassionate and compelling characters and true to live scenarios.

Blessing has a life that is out of my comfort zone since I grew up in a Christian home. She has so many struggles that many women are faced with. God loves her anyhow because He loves all mankind, even those who take advantage of women. It is not an easy story to read about but I know it happens a lot because man's heart is evil, selfish & deceitful. She does learn & there is a happy ending.

The author weaves in many redeeming qualities of hope in a story that reveals a broken and a really messed up life.

Alana Terry is a great author. She has humor, suspense and nothing offensive. One of my favorite Christian authors!
