Tips to help you find spiritual rest:

Take a break from electronics and/or social media.

Wake up a little early to have quiet time alone to read scripture or pray.

Do an time audit and prayerfully identify one responsibility or commitment that isn't life giving - and eliminate it!

Spend time with a friend (human or furry friend, either one works!).
Our prayer for you today ...
Dear God,
Lord, thank you for being the source of rest and peace we can come to when we're weary in body, mind and spirit. We lay our burdens and anxieties at your feet, knowing you are bigger than any of them, and claiming the rest that is our birthright through Jesus.
We choose to plant our roots beside your streams of living water, and pray that you would give us eyes to see you and ears to hear you clearly, that we would never stray too far from your presence.
In Jesus' name, Amen.
