In this episode of the Praying Christian Women podcast, we share some of the struggles and lessons learned while co-writing our new book She Prays Like a Girl: Discover the Joy and Power of Praying Like You (and No One Else).
After years of effort, interruptions, and a couple of false starts, we are so excited to be releasing this book in February. But as we look back at the long journey to get here, we realize the benefits of waiting, and want to share some of those insights with you (as well as a sneak peek at our book!).

Almighty God,
You are the Lord of Perfect Timing. We praise you for your wisdom that goes beyond our understanding. We trust that even in times of waiting, you are invisibly at work in our circumstances to bring about our absolute best - at just the right time.
We pray that you would give us eyes to see glimpses of ways you're working when we feel impatient and frustrated. We pray for the faith to know that even when we can't see a single thing, you are there. Thy Kingdom come, thy will be done in our lives today.
In Jesus' name, Amen.
