Our prayer for you today ...
Dear God,
Thank you for loving us exactly as we are. We pray that your voice would be the only voice that truly matters to us. Help us to discern your voice from the noise of other people, the Enemy, and even our own Inner Critic.
We pray for the discipline to spend time in scripture and for the help of the Holy Spirit to hold on to your words and use them as a truth filter to pass all other thoughts and input through.
As we continue to process the last year, we invite you into the new year as well. Be the center of our lives, that we would learn to discern and follow your will and glorify you in the process.
In Jesus' name, Amen.
